And if the United States wants to get involved in it in any way, then Congress will have to decide—because that is the rule of our Constitution.” 🔏 He is proposing a proposal so that the United States cannot get involved in this war. This proposal says—that America cannot participate in this war without the permission of Congress. 📢 Massie has also called on other members of Congress to support this proposal.
