  • Now, I'm NOT #gamer. But I've come across enough demonstrations and Live-Streams to have a good enough idea about the level of high resolution and details of realistic looking environment in these #games. The second clip, does that not look like a game simulation????
    I'm far more interested in the effects of games on a person's psyche. With #incels, red pillers (or red pillians according to some) and other #manospheres spending all their waking hours for YEARS, playing, with little to no interactions without the game as their link, how is one not going to be affected by such a limited perspective? How are they going to switch off that game mode in their head and that the person in their view is not a character from the game but a REAL LIFE PERSON regardless of them being friend or foe? That the #weapon that their aiming with their remote controlled drone at such a person will have real life consequences and the poor guy is not going fling his headphones off, throw a bit of a tantrum at having used up all of his lives and then start again from the last level he succeeded till.

    That (another) clip from where some minor soldier had the extreme bad luck of running into a loaded #drone and him running for his life and tiring out yet the drone chased him. The way the drone was chasing seemed to take on the personality of its operator, toying with its #victim, and taking sick satisfaction in making their victim desperate to survive through some miracle...... Unfortunately it wasn't so.
